STARTERS:  Whipped cod on toasted bread - Carpaccio of sword fish on a bed of rocket - Lobster Thermidor - mixed raw marinated fish: scampi, sword fish, tuna, sea bass - Starter of steamed mixed lagoon fish: mantis shrimp, small octopus, prawns, cuttlefish, octopus – Grilled scallops with pilgrim scallops in their shell

FIRST PLATES (PASTAS AND SOUPS): Mixed seafood crepes - Cream of scampi and radicchio of Treviso – black tagliolini with lagoon shrimp and small tomatoes – pie of linguini with scampi and pilgrim scallops

MAIN COURSE: Filet of Sea bass in a crust of artichokes- King prawns alla busara with polenta
